Cons:

The hotel didn’t have anyone at the reception in the morning. I opened the main door myself at 5 am and went to look for passing cars to take me to the airport. As there was not a single taxi near by. Hotel stuff simply slept over my drop off time. It was horrible. And not safe at all. After several minutes staying in the total darkness one car stopped and luckily the hotel stuff came out and called me for drop off.

Superb
Pros:

Great friendly staff, free shuttle to and from the airport. Working heat pump/AC. Very comfortable beds.

Cons:

Bathroom pretty run down. TV didn't work, internet connection was intermittent.

Absolutely brilliant kind, helpful service to foreigners
Pros:

You could not have a better Hotel service experience anywhere in the world. I was so surprised at how amazing the service was really, and truly it. I had so many quick responses by email. I had really fast text message and phone call. I had the fastest pick up from the airport faster than they promised.. I had wake up calls in the morning let me open. I even got Smiley’s after I got delivered to the airport, texted to me. They were so happy to see me. They were so happy to help me they hang my clothes out on the line to dry I can’t even tell you how kind and good this place is and the people that run it me.
