Pros:

Personale gentile. Struttura vecchia ma abbastanza pulita

Cons:

Struttura e arredi troppo vecchi. Colazione non molto varia. Avevamo deciso di farla in hotel, poi vedendo il buffet abbiamo optato per farla altrove.

Prime example of a 3-stars hotel.
Pros:

Perfect location - very close to downtown (and the Christmas market), as well as tons of excellent restaurants. Bed is confortable. Room is roomy, with a confortable work and lounge space in it. Mini-bar prices are fair. Employees are nice. Garden view is nice and quiet.

Cons:

Picture a three stars hotel in your mind - that's what this hotel looks like. Everything is "OK", but it looks and smells old. The walls could use a new coat of paint. Some of the appliance no longer works. There's some kind of suspicious stain on the sheet. But the bed is comfortable, you don't hear the neighbors, the room is big enough to use, and the price is good.
