The twin room (single occupation) was very comfortable with ample space for luggage. The bathroom has a very nice shower and everything looked just like the pictures.
It’s an easy walk from Kinchico station which has good links to both Haneda and Narita airports. We were only there one night so didn’t explore too much but would definitely stay there again.
Other reviews had mentioned this being in an entertainment area and we did walk past one place but it felt very safe for 2 women even in the dark around 9/10 pm.
Staff were very friendly.
We could walk to the Sky Tree from there (although it’s further than it looks, does take about 30 minutes, as Google Maps will tell you.)
Nothing, it was very much as advertised and described by the majority of the reviews.
The staff of the hotel is extremely helpful and kind, they go out of their way to try and accommodate your requests. In particular there was a young lady at the reception that was very helpful and whose English was rather good.
Also the hotel is very well kept and it has a trendy, boutique vibe to it.
1. The window curtain/blind does not block well light, especially in the morning the side of the curtain towards the bed lets in a substantial amount of light that some people don't tolerate well.
2. The breakfast may be good for Japanese standards, but not by international ones, as not everyone likes to have only fluffy bread or pastry in the morning, it would be much better to have some healthy alternatives such as granola, yogurt, fresh fruit.
