Schönes, alteingesessenes Hotel und Restaurant im Herzen von Heiden, mit ansprechenden Zimmer und einem üppigen Frühstücksbuffet.
Ich wüsste nichts zu benennen, es war rundum gut. Für eine 10 von 10 fehlte allenfalls ein Hauch, die spare ich mir für Fälle auf, wo es wirklich noch mal das eine unerwartete Extra mehr gibt. Wir waren aber von Ankunft bis Abreise sehr zufrieden.
Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Uns wurde gleich ein Tisch im Restaurant reserviert, das war auch nötig, da es gut besucht war.
Das Essen war super lecker und die Betten sehr bequem.
Wie in fast allen Hotels gibt es wenig bis keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Das ist schade, da der Platz vorhanden ist.

Family run and great service
The staff was very friendly and helpful, communication before my stay was excellent with quick responses. There was a secure and dry area to store our bikes, and the breakfast and shower were excellent.
The bedding was a bit damp at first, but a short burst of heating quickly made it comfortable. As it was Saturday night, some lively people outside made a bit of noise, though closing the window kept things peaceful.
