only clean thing is the pool

Cons:

This place was not up to our standards.
It seems like it was hardly ever cleaned between stays.
Our place was covered with dust, our bed sheets and towels were stained with mystery stains and the bed was extremely uncomfortable…
We also had a lamp in our room that wouldn’t turn off…despite efforts of asked staff…nobody could resolve it. Leaving us with a troubled sleep.
We also had a TV that was broken…
Staff could have had a better attitude aswell
Wouldn’t recommend this place as there are so many other beautiful hotels to see in Hoi An

Pros:

Honestly one of the best places we’ve stayed in Vietnam, gorgeous pool overlooking the fields, all rooms are really well furnished and the staff are lovely - highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel and nearly Hoi An center
Pros:

I very love this place, our staff friendly, quit and close to the nature. I have an unexpected trip to Hoi An cause my husband wanna visit his family nearly. I book 1 night at Azumi, I surprise with Azumi nice and ancient style but the the most amazing with me is the rice field next to the hotel. I'll return again on vacation next year.

Pros:

Best hotel we stayed in during our holiday in Vietnam! Very spacious rooms, very comfortable big bed and good shower. Nice balcony with view on the pool. Bicycles available for free. Great location, quiet and on the edge of the rice fields, but still within walking distance of the centre. They clean the room and change the towels every day.

Pros:

A large and luxurious room. Good location but you have to take into account that you need to rent a motorcycle to get around the city. Very pleasant and nice staff. Highly recommended!!

Pros:

A pretty nice hotel with friendly staff. Only some of them speak English but they try to help you when you ask for something.

Cons:

There something on the bathroom floor that could be rust and then there was this irritating thing that the floor had some small gaps in it which was strange because most of the floor looked beautiful

Loving life at Azumi
Pros:

We loved the location, the staff and the pool. The property was close enough to town but allowed for exploration of the local side alleys to get a taste of the local life. We would definitely stay again.
