Goed doorreis-hotel met vriendelijk personeel, maar verouderd

Pros:

Locatie was prima: vlakbij Phantasialand

Cons:

De kamer was echt ouderwets, en veel was oud en/of stuk (hoofdborden beschadigd, handdouche waarbij het meeste water via de zijkant wegstroomde. Daarnaast was het ontbijt echt een drama, weinig keus, vliegen op de broodjes en een gastvrouw die naar rook stonk.

Pros:

Gute Lage
Schönes Restaurant

Cons:

Wir hatten 2 Übernachtungen bei minusgraden.
Heizung zu schwach Zimmer und Bad zu kalt
An der Rezeption war zur Zeit wo wir frühstücken waren niemand.
Also haben wir es so hingenommen.
Frühstück klein aber ausreichend.
Würde ich nicht dazu buchen. Zeit von 8-9:30 Uhr auch zu kurz und früh.
Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen zum schlafen passabel.
Fernseher zu alt mit wenig Programmen.

Weihnachtsübernachtung
Pros:

Freundlichkeit des Personals. Sauberkeit. Das Zimmer war schön groß und sauber. Allerdings sehr abgewohnt, defekter rolladengurt im Bad. Kein Rauchmelder!! Betten waren sehr gut. Essen im Restaurant fanden wir gut.

Cons:

Hatten ab heilig Abend zwei Nächte gebucht. Bei Anreise teilte man uns mit dass es kein Frühstück gibt, obwohl mit gebucht. Keine Info vorher! Wir wussten nicht wo man am 1. Feiertag frühstücken könnte. Am zweiten Tag bekamen wir Frühstück, nach freundlichem Gespräch mit dem Chef. War schon sehr ärgerlich für uns. Man hätte uns vorher eine Info, kurz per Mail, geben müssen. Es erfolgte dann aber eine Erstattung in Form eines Gutscheins für das entgangene Frühstück am Tag davor.
Trotzdem eine ärgerliche Situation 😕

Sauberkeit !

Cons:

TV ist noch Analog 12 Programme, davon in sehr schlechter Bildqualität 4 Programme überhaupt im Bild sichtbar !
Togo,RTL,VOX, Kabel !
Kein ARD, kein ZDF.
Ungefähr im Abstand von 15 Minuten und immer wenn kein analoges Signal verfügbar war ging der Fernseher aus !!!
Der Jalousiengurt im Bad war gerissen ( Zimmer 6)
Kleiderbügel total abgesetzt!

Schlechtes Zimmer und Frühstück
Pros:

Zentrale Lage,
Personal im Frühstücksraum freundlich

Cons:

Zimmer 4.
Matratze zu 100% durchgelegen,
TV mit 4 Programmen defekt, schaltet sich nach 5 Minuten selbständig ab.
Einrichtung unterdurchschnittlich, altbacken.
Frühstück bestand aus einigen, auf einem Teller zusammenstellen Wurstresten, einem gekochten Ei und normalen Brötchen.
Das war es- nichts mehr.
McDonalds hätte mehr geboten. Unterirdisch.
Ich bin häufiger in Hürth, dieses 'Hotel' werde ich nicht mehr besuchen.
88 Euro Zimmerpreis erscheint zunächst günstig, für die gebotenen Leistungen jedoch unangemessen hoch.

Pros:

De kamer was zeer ruim, er was een koelkast op de kamer. Snel bij het openbaar vervoer, waardoor we snel in Keulen waren. Vriendelijk personeel. Handig dat je 's avonds ook in het hotel kunt eten; er was een uitgebreide menukaart.

Cons:

Basisontbijt mocht voor mij net iets uitgebreider zijn.

Great, comfortable an luxurious family run restaurant on the edge of köln
Pros:

We rented the Suite, and it was amazing! Very spacious, gave off a luxurious feeling and helped us relax. It does cost a bit more, but if you have the money the spend it's definitely recommended!
Breakfast was basic in assortment but great in flavor and atmosphere. The whole restaurant exudes luxury and comfort, it's clearly a family run hotel and restaurant where guests comfort is more important than making the most money 😊

Cons:

The Suite was up 2.5 floors, which is a lot of stairs with your bags after walking all day.
