Pros:

Locatie was prima: vlakbij Phantasialand

Cons:

De kamer was echt ouderwets, en veel was oud en/of stuk (hoofdborden beschadigd, handdouche waarbij het meeste water via de zijkant wegstroomde. Daarnaast was het ontbijt echt een drama, weinig keus, vliegen op de broodjes en een gastvrouw die naar rook stonk.

Gute Lage
Schönes Restaurant

Cons:

Wir hatten 2 Übernachtungen bei minusgraden.
Heizung zu schwach Zimmer und Bad zu kalt
An der Rezeption war zur Zeit wo wir frühstücken waren niemand.
Also haben wir es so hingenommen.
Frühstück klein aber ausreichend.
Würde ich nicht dazu buchen. Zeit von 8-9:30 Uhr auch zu kurz und früh.
Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen zum schlafen passabel.
Fernseher zu alt mit wenig Programmen.

Weihnachtsübernachtung
Pros:

Freundlichkeit des Personals. Sauberkeit. Das Zimmer war schön groß und sauber. Allerdings sehr abgewohnt, defekter rolladengurt im Bad. Kein Rauchmelder!! Betten waren sehr gut. Essen im Restaurant fanden wir gut.

Cons:

Hatten ab heilig Abend zwei Nächte gebucht. Bei Anreise teilte man uns mit dass es kein Frühstück gibt, obwohl mit gebucht. Keine Info vorher! Wir wussten nicht wo man am 1. Feiertag frühstücken könnte. Am zweiten Tag bekamen wir Frühstück, nach freundlichem Gespräch mit dem Chef. War schon sehr ärgerlich für uns. Man hätte uns vorher eine Info, kurz per Mail, geben müssen. Es erfolgte dann aber eine Erstattung in Form eines Gutscheins für das entgangene Frühstück am Tag davor.
Trotzdem eine ärgerliche Situation 😕
