Pros:

Receptionist Sam and Dami was perfect, They solved all our problems, including arranging for my wallet, which I lost in the taxi, to be returned to the hotel. And they were always so friendly and smiling; I thank them both very much.

Хорошее обслуживание, работа персонала на уровне, всегда помогут, расскажут. В общем стараются сделать ваш отдых наиболее комфортным.

Cons:

Отель действительно выполнен в современном дизайне, довольно интересно и красиво. Но учтите что он далеко не новый, большинство номеров требуют косметического ремонта. Присутствуют сколы на полу, плесень в ванной. Это все замечания в сторону руководства отеля. Также они установили странные правила по бутылочной воде в номере. Я могу бесплатно пить теплую воду в комнате, но за ту же самую воду из холодильника уже должен заплатить. Ещё один прикол - за стирку вещей в соседнем сервисе накидывают своих 150% к цене стирки. Как руководство зарабатывает на таких мелочах я не понимаю, но все это недостойно для отеля, позиционирующего себя как комфортный и современный.

Recommended hotel, clean, good location and helpful staff
Pros:

Really liked this hotel and would have stayed longer if it wasn't fully booked. Staff are helpful, the hotel is clean and modern and the breakfast is decent quality! Quite a quick walk to get to the beach.

Wir haben die Queens Suite bekommen und das war das gemütlichste Zimmer unserer kompletten Vietnamreise und vielleicht eines der besten meines Lebens überhaupt. Das runde Bett sieht nicht nur extrem geil aus, sondern ist auch unfassbar gemütlich.
Frühstück war gut, aber keine große Auswahl. Dafür gab es jeden Tag zwei sehr abwechslungsreiche Gerichte, zusätzlich zu den Klassikern (Eier, Bacon, Toast, Müsli)
Der Service war fantastisch, extrem freundlich, gutes Englisch, top Laundry Service.
