Not a four star hotel at all
Pros:

Unfortunately nothing, only the staff who try to fix problems which was not theirs

Cons:

Within two days, many problems happened, electricity shortage on one morning, during the whole stay we did not have really hot water for shower and one night it was completely cold, and one time we are not able to get into our room because the lock was not working properly
I was in many hotels in Danang, and this is by far the worse hotel I have ever booked, which is claimed to be a four star hotel

Akzeptables Hotel mit super Personal
Pros:

Wir mussten leider aus gesundheitlichen Gründen früher auschecken.
Das Personal war aber extrem freundlich und hat sich sehr bemüht.

Das Bett war auch super bequem.

Aufgrund unserer Situation haben wir sogar die restlichen Nächte erstattet bekommen und ein Grab zum nächsten Hotel bezahlt bekommen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind ziemlich klein mit wenig Stauraum Möglichkeiten.
Auch die Gitter vor den Fenstern waren weniger schön.
Zudem war häufig ein chemischer Geruch zu bemerken, wobei die Managerin bemüht war, uns den Aufenthalt so gut wie möglich zu gestalten.

Das Frühstück war ganz breit gefächert, hat uns leider aber nicht zugesagt, weswegen wir nicht oft dort gegessen haben.
Als Verbesserungsvorschlag: auch gekochte Eier anbieten oder weniger Öl verwenden, da die Spiegeleier regelrecht im Fett geschwommen sind.

A great hotel if you want close proximity to the beach. Da Nang for me however, was just too big, requiring Taxis to get
Pros:

The staff were exceptional- after check in they sent texts outlining places to visit, good restaurants etc nearby.
The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, nice bathroom and shower.
Breakfast was okay but not entirely suited to Western tastes, but what there was I was happy with.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.
