Not great.
Pros:

Spacious room with a nice balcony and good size bathroom.

Cons:

Not very clean - food leftovers in the fridge from the previous visitors, floors were not moped - had stains from drinks or food. AC was not working properly,it was leaking 2 nights out of 3 we stayed, so we could not use it. Reception was not very helpful or understanding - without being able to leave our stuff in the room first, had to pay upfront in cash only, no other places asked to pay before we see the room, so it was very weird experience.

Чисто, тихо по ночам, если повезёт с соседями

Cons:

Звукоизоляции нет в номере 601, т.к. в соседний номер была сделана дверь, и несмотря на то, что она закрыта, слышно все, что делают соседи - слушают музыку, смотрят телевизор, играют в игры на телефоне
Может в других номерах лучше

Insects on the wall and on the bedsheet, not the nicest impression you want to see after two flights in the evening.
Pros:

The administrator was nice

Cons:

It was very humid in the room on the 5 floor, and there were insects on the wall, small ones, and they descwnd to the bed and walked on the bedsheet. The admin said that there is nothing to worry about and they are very friendly. But I didnt wan’t to check if she was write. Maybe they were friendly and we could spend wonderful night together, but what if they weren’t.
Anyway she proposed to clean the room, but I already decided to go somewhere else.

Superb
Pros:

The best part was how helpful and friendly the three ladies were that worked there. It was a 11 min walk to the beach. The beachhad I life guard on duty.

Pros:

I guess you get what you pay for but the photos and description did not match. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room didn't have the facilities as described - no soap, hair-dryer, towels or kettle. The people in the room next door had a dog barking.
