Pros:

The rooms are clean and staff are frindly. They are quite helpful.

It was indeed a very good stay and staff were very nice and cooperative.
Pros:

The staff were very cooperative it was service with smile. Particularly Mr. Uttam and Mr. Bala.

I had booked and paid Deluxe room (tariff 2050) whereas I have been provided double bed room (tariif 1750).You have to refund Rs. 300 to me.. that is the justice to a senior citizen like me.. 🙏🙏Thanks

Staff was very cooperative, They are performing duties in a customer favouring manner.Food was delicious and restaurant has a good ambience. Rooms we're clean and service was prompt.

Pros:

nothing much, only its walkeble distance to mandir, hardly 5min from temple, thats the usp of hotel.

Cons:

cleaniness - issue
cigratte smoking smell on floor as Hotel allows to smoke in room, where as non smoking floor or room not available. so for those whose has issue with smell.

Pros:

Nothing and I will not recommend anyone. Stay away from this hotel specially if you have booked it online.

Cons:

The manager was just pathetic. They dont know S of service. Firstly he said to pay advance else the rooms will not be available for me even after I took pay at hotel. After 2 days he said they cant provide me rooms and offered me another hotel. I refused and he said take or he will cancel it. Then he started talking rudely with me. After 2 days he again called me and said you will have to pay. I refused and then he started abusing me. I will never ever recommend anyone.
