Decent thermal hotel
Pros:

Spa and thermal pool was very good. Scrub, soap and massage was outstanding. The ‘hamam’ staff was experienced and well trained. I was very happy with the ‘kese, köpük, masaj’. Breakfast was very good. Dinner at the hotel was ok, but not as good as the breakfast.

Cons:

The arrival was a shock. It was not mentioned that there were no a/c in the room that we reserved. The rezerved apartment style room was spatious but very hot. During July it was not an option to stay. Only the main hotel building had climatized rooms. Thank to the reception manager Ms. Ebru, she solved the problem fast and she moved us to the main building. Problem solved. Rest of our stay was good.

it was not a pleasant holiday for a young couple.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a remote and peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. But this comes with some difficulties there is only one way to go to the hotel. but generally, the location is a very quiet place and there are few friendly stray dogs outside of the building.

Cons:

I understand that some areas in Turkey are more conservative than others. However, as this is a hospitality business, it should be clear when promoting hotels. Unfortunately, this particular hotel does not clearly state the strict rules regarding facilities for men and women only. There is only one mixed pool, which is very cold and not even thermal. Imagine planning a 2-day getaway in the winter with your partner for some hot and calming leisure, only to find out that you cannot spend time together in the hot areas and spa. Instead, you are restricted to only being together in a cold and crowded pool area.

Pros:

We stayed here back in September when doing a road trip around Turkey. The hotel was well placed for our route, was amazing luxurious for our budget and the staff were astonishingly caring and friendly. The food was great, the breakfast extensive as only Turkish hotels an provide and we really appreciated our stay. We didn't use the spa as it was separate sexes but I am sure it would have been great.

Excellent break for a few days.
Pros:

They have all the facilities, and the facilities are well kept. The food was excellent. The staff are friendly, but don't speak too much English. There is a bus to the city centre every hour. Rooms are lovely.

Cons:

There was no entertainment program so it can get a tad boring after a few days.

it is relatively new building. But the materials weren’t good quality

Cons:

it was very complicated structure. as a couple you need to separate to meet at the pool.

Have to switch rooms as villa wasn't ready for late check in. So been given 2 connected rooms at hotel main building. It had an issues with ad iwith air-conditioning, sonwe had to do one more switch.

There was a huge bathtub. and the rooms were really big.
