A equipe do Hotel e muito atenciosa. O serviço de quarto eficiente e atenção em agradar e visível. Tentaram desfazer um mal entendido com a equipe terceirizada mas infelizmente não tiveram sucesso!
O hotel possui um serviço de restaurante terceirizado com o hotel da frente que da para praia. Inclusive o cafe da manhã. O pessoal do restaurante e Rude , a qualidade a comida e péssima. A apresentação do buffet horrorosa.
No primeiro dia chegamos na hora limite (10:30) e nos informaram que ja havia acabado. Depois de alegarmos que estávamos dentro do horário eles deixaram nos servir . Não havia mais suco, restos nas bandejas. Eles alegaram que era o horário. No dia seguinte fomos mais cedo, os garçons foram rudes, o buffet continuava sem reposição e sem variedade.
Passamos 1 semana. Os demais dias tomamos cafe fora. Sugiro que hotel de a possibilidade de não incluir o cafe na tarifa. Não achei justo pagar por ele.
Everything was perfect until the third day at the beach, when we were told we couldn’t sit in the first row because it was reserved for families. However, when we spoke with the hotel manager, she clarified that the front row was actually designated for guests staying in deluxe rooms. The following day, we were told that a reservation was required, despite having previously asked and being assured that no reservation was necessary. This inconsistency made us uncomfortable and unwelcome, as though we didn’t meet some unspoken criteria. Unfortunately, it gave the impression of discriminatory treatment.
Most of the staff were very professional and ready for any request; the room was clean, and the cleaning crew was always ready.
Many restaurants and attractions were nearby (<1 km).
The location is not that bad, but the walk to the beach is terrible. We had to go to another restaurant for breakfast (included in the room price), a two-three minute walk away. The beach umbrellas and beds were not set up, and there was a lot of construction noise around the beach.

It’s was such a relief to arrive after our long nighttime drive from Sarandë Port. The staff were there to help unload and take baggage to our rooms at midnight. It was a celebratory trip for my friends Birthday and 6 of us travelled together. I had communicated with hotel prior to our arrival as wanted my friend to feel special for her birthday. The hotel had champagne on arrival in all our three rooms, (which were next to each other), and there was a huge fruit platter and flowers/balloons in the ‘Birthday Girls’ bedroom, we actually even went into the courtyard to order pizza at midnight, & drink our champagne, they were so accommodating. They were utterly amazing throughout our stay. We enjoyed our walk to Dom Mare (their sistering Hotel, 2 mins away) for breakfast each morning, where they supplied a small but perfectly adequate buffet which included a coffee also. The staff there were also fantastic. And the views from our loungers were breathtaking.
Nothing. Although I think a kettle and tray with cups/tea bags/coffee in the rooms, would be a fantastic addition here.
The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, the water pressure was excellent and the location of the hotel was perfect.
I liked everything
Brand new hotel with spacious rooms, super clean and comfortable. Good mattress, excellent shower, working wifi. Parking inside or outside the hotel, very easy. Friendly staff, available 24h, always with a smile on their face. I saw in another review that the hotel charged extra 15 euros for paying with a credit card, even though the reservation was made via booking.com. This was not the case for us, no extra fee was added when we asked to pay with cc.
The breakfast is served in another restaurant some 100m away from the hotel, in front of the beach. Not a problem for us, but the food could be much better. There is no buffet and you are served very little boring food, and coffee is not included! You have to get it in the hotel if you want it, or pay extra. The waiter was lovely though.
