Cons:

Nosso chuveiro parou de esquentar e não foi arrumado durante nossa estadia.
Muito barulho do hóspede que estava hospedado em cima do meu quarto durante madrugada.

I am not staying there in the future
Cons:

the breakfast was not that good, the juices are not fresh, the breads doesn't taste well, the cakes were not good either. The room had a funny smell, the wall had mold stains, the towels had a strong smell (not a good one).
