They cancelled my stay as I was heading to the airport on the first day
Pros:

It was a good location

Cons:

We didn’t actually stay there, because on the very last day after we had payed for our flights and our transportation from the airport and when we were literally on our way to Albania, the hotel cancelled our stay out of the blue. We were forced to find another hotel in a rushed state while we drove to the airport to fly to Albania. They literally could not have given less warning about cancelling. On top of that, when I asked them where I could submit a review about them (I hadn’t found it yet and finally found it hidden in the app settings, hidden because we didn’t actually stay there) they ignored my question and closed the conversation. So unless you want your hotel to cancel on you literally as you head to Albania, do not book this hotel.

Pros:

A very beautiful hotel. Everything is as shown on B.com. Very spacious modern rooms. Big and comfortable bed. Right next to the beach. Breakfast was ok. Very very friendly and helpful staff.

The free and secure parking is a huge plus for those self-driving. Durres is overly crowded. Getting a parking spot is close to impossible!

The boulevard on the beach side makes for a very nice morning and evening walk.

Overall, very nice and good value for money! I honestly recommend!

Buon soggiorno per sole mare spiaggia
Pros:

La posizione è buona si esce, si attraversa la zona pedonale e si è subito sul mare. Ombrellone e 2 sdraio garantiti. La colazione era mediocre un po' di salato e un po' di dolce. Non grande scelta. A volte le brioche erano vecchie ed infatti prendevo quelle che erano sotto. La pulizia della stanza non era così buona. Solo i pavimenti venivano lavati ed il bagno solo alcune volte. Alla reception mi sono dovuta rivolgere lo stesso giorno dell'arrivo ed anche il giorno dopo per segnalare che lo scarico della doccia non era pulito e quindi si intasava tutto e l'acqua fuoriusciva sul pavimento. Solo alla seconda segnalazione sono intervenuti anche perchè io ho tolto la griglia dello scarico in modo che la donna delle pulizie potesse vedere. Mi sono subito lamentata anche dei cuscini: tutti e 3 troppo alti e duri e non riuscivo a stare bene col collo. Ho chiesto se ne avevano uno più basso ma nessuno mi ha dato ascolto. Allora per poter dormire ho sostituito il cuscino con il piumino del letto ed è andata meglio.

Cons:

Si dovrebbe migliorare il servizio di pulizia ed il personale della reception dovrebbe ascoltare le richieste del cliente

Sejur la ZANZI hotel!
Pros:

Locația hotelului, la malul mării.
Am avut parcare asigurată pentru toată perioada.
Două șezlonguri și o umbrelă

Cons:

În primele două zile am primit camera cu nr. 106, balcon mare, etajul 1, dar... surpriză pe balcon sunt montate două aparate de climă, foarte mari, care asigură climatizarea pentru restaurant, fac un zgomot foarte mare plus caldura pe care o degajă. Nu este deloc confortabil, nu te poți odihni. Nu este locul lor pe balconul turiștilor.
Am avut noroc după două zile și..... multe rugăminți camera ne-a fost schimbată, totul revenind la normal.
