Plenty of parking outside villa, last 100m to villa is a dusty track. Check in fine, owner very friendly and speaks reasonable English. Room as described except for NO mini bar, just a small fridge which needed a clean. Towels and bedding all clean, so was room. Breakfast was simple and nice, possibly could be a bit more. Great view of the town and the Dardanelles Strait. Good base for exploring Gallipoli, we did as much as we could in a day but probably need five days to fully explore all sites. Plenty of places to eat in town along sea front. Slight down side is the property only excepts CASH (Euro/Lira).
On return from eating there were lots of people in the reception/dinning area, some sort of private function. They were very noisy with kids running around banging doors. This all could be heard from our room, so very little noise insulation. Thankfully all went quiet after 2300. Also, WiFi isn't great keeps dropping out in the evening.

Kesinlikle temiz değil, otelin bakıma ihtiyacı var. Ayrıca sadece nakit ödeme kabul ediliyor.

The location was reasonable and the breakfast was just okay.
The bathroom was filthy, the bedding was dubious, and there was no attention to detail e.g. no soap in bathroom, half-used guest shampoo bottle.

Very close to allow us to transfer by shuttle to Gallipoli on ANZAC morning. Night before we walked to restaurant and ate braised the harbour-very convenient. Good parking, no lift but not an issue, easy to find. Friendly hosts.
Very beautiful and peaceful place and surrounding. The owner Mr Ibrahim speaks English very well. Good breakfast prepared by the owner himself.

Breakfast was nice with home-grown items, and certainly more than enough. The whole hotel was clean with spartan rooms, and the air-conditioning worked well on a hot day.
Price in euros really does mean paying in euros, though owner accepted our liras. Our son took an early morning walk but was soon surrounded by barking and snapping dogs. That can happen, I guess, if you are out of town, as this property is.
