Friendly and clean location with stunning view to the sea directly at the seafront
Pros:

Fantastic view to the sea even from side view room (see foto), it was very clean, the staff was very friendly, 10min walk to a (stony) beach with a nice beach bar, direct access to the seafront promenade, a big shopping center is nearby (5min by foot), the breakfast and dinner buffet is good, for dinner there is the possibility to book served dinner in 3 country focused restaurants without extra charge (Morocco - very nice, Madeira - ok, Italy - not tried), pools are nice, beautiful garden, garage is good (EUR 15 per day).

Cons:

Drinks basically at dinner not included (that's ok) but in the maroccinan restaurant they state on the menu that the housedrinks are included (see foto) and also the waiter confirmed it, but we had to pay the drinks. In addition all prices in the menu are shown without the service fee of 10% which is automatically added. The hotel is generally a bit worn (furniture, tiles, carpets) but clean. There is no direct access from garage to hotel (no elevator, stairs lead outside very near the main entrance), the sauna is heated only to about 50 degrees.
