Enjoy me a lot inside a place and there is complete comfort and very clean rooms food level beautiful level you have beautiful face work personnel very professional......... I hope to come back again because I have a beautiful memory in this beautiful place.

Excellent Hotel. Very neat and clean spacious room. Very polite and helpful staff, especially the staff attending the reception.

Easy access to Abu Dhabi Central bus station ( Just 5 mts walk )and some other attractions like Al Wahda Mall etc. are very nearby.

We have booked one of their room for our upcoming trip, we then called them to ask for two separate beds. The lady on the phone was extremely rude as if we are asking for a free room. I am already dreading the stay. Is it your policy to respond to your guests’ requests with hostility?

The room is spacious and huge. Kitchen things are provided. The amenities and furniture are awesome. It has a good city view. Very accessible to everything. Had a huge bed. A good value for money. Good place to stay with family and friends. Satisfied with our stay.

The place feels home, I really love the way room arrange.
Cozy everything you need is in the room kitchen tools and cattlerys are complete.
I always choose this hotel apartment whenever I need to go abudhabi it's a must and near to the mall bus station. Everything is convient.
Staffs are friendly and specially Ms. Ada calling after we check in if we are good of we need anything that is absolutely amazing.

Excellent all around

It's a good hotel. I have been there two times and the staffs always friendly and helpful. The hotel is localized in a central area where is possible you do everything walking. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel as well.

Salute to all the staffs! they are all very nice and will help you with your needs! Will visit again this apartment soon! all you need is already there inside the studio. Thank you so much and pls keep up the good work!

Amazing. Feels like home away from home

I was in Abu Dhabi for a few days and booked this hotel through hotels.com. I arrived at the hotel and attempted to check in. The front desk representative said he did not have a reservation for me. I then showed him a copy of the reservation on my phone. He then looked at it and realised something was amiss. Just then, the manager on duty came by. The manager then looked at my reservation and the computer and then gave instructions to the front desk rep in Hindi, and then walked away.

The rep told me what the hotel was fully booked, and they could not accommodate me. Also I should have received correspondence from the 3rd party booking agent that they have cancelled the booking. I find it unprofessional that the manager walked away and left the representative to deal with the situation.

I had no choice to find another hotel. The part that has angered me the most is that hotels.com have contacted the hotel several times to confirm that I have never checked in (so that they can refund me) and they have yet to be able to connect with the correct person.

Please do not stay here.

Provides okay kinda service, Only Mr. Ekanayake's service was outstanding. Complementary water only during check in (U get it once only if u ask the second day the Filipina Staff Ada or something will say NO ) Al Wahda mall and the bus station is nearby.

Relocated to Abu Dhabi for work. Company recommended Phoenix Plaza until I could find a permanent apartment. Great central location in city with easy access to transportation, shopping, and food. Also, small kitchen and washing machine makes it easier to save money.

Stayed in various hotel apartments during my stay in Abu Dhabi and Phoenix Plaza has to be one of the best. Very customer friendly, excellent house keeping and overall very good value for money. Studio has all the facilities that are required incl washing machine, microwave. Location is very central being approx. 5 min walk from Al Wahda Mall. Bus and taxi stop right in front of the hotel. Definitely worth coming back.

Stayed in the studio room. This is an apartment but the room is much more of the hotel. The room is very spacious and has everything you need. I was amazed that even the toiletries are complete. It is better than the other 5 star hotels that amenities are not even complete.

The only issue we had is the room service breakfast which is not good. We ordered american breakfast and the bread and pastries are hard and dry and tasted like from a week before.

Note that it is better to book online rather than directly through them as their rates are higher.

Great value and superb location, short work from a large mall with many shops and restaurants. This easy un-fussy hotel supplies a basic but perfectly adequate breakfast, large well equipped rooms and friendly staff.

I have been staying here for around 2 months and it's good hotel, room is big and inside room itself have kitchen facility to cook as well .Breakfast complimentary in room or hotel restaurant .Also the breakfast options are with different variety and freshly served. The staff in the reception, housekeeping and restaurant management is good and co-operative.

Nice place to stay...good locality....central place in Abu Dhabi

Most importantly staff is very nice, interactive and helpful.... complimentary breakfast is served which has very good quality, staff will prepare food items on customer demand as well. Food quality is very well maintained and they are happy to serve new varieties of dishes everyday.

I am totally satisfied with this place. Well worth every penny. Cost effective, great way to see Dubai, enjoy the City and still be on budget. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in Visiting Dubai.

Stayed here for 6 nights in March with my partner and overall, it was a very pleasant stay with great service from all of the staff.

This is a simple hotel with a small lobby and the facilities are basic. However, the rooms are very nicely designed, generously sized and for the price we paid, unbelievably good value!

The small studio kitchen is well equipped with all the amenities you need for a short stay, including washing machine and a huge fridge, which is lockable. Standout features are the speed of the internet, fastest I've seen in any hotel in the UAE, in fact, we had the router in our room! Also the housekeeping staff are excellent, a team of 3 would spotlessly clean the room everyday, including changing the bed sheets regularly. They generally don't seem to stock you up with enough towels and toiletries for 2 people, but if you ask them for things, they bring it to you very quickly,

All in all, a fantastic place to stay if you're on a budget, plus the location is very central, with Al Wahda Mall only a 5 minute walk away. I would recommend to stay here, but only if you get a good deal. As another reviewer mentioned, the rates vary wildly depending on the time of year etc. I recommend to check rates on booking.com.
