Excellent emplacement en face des plages et près du centre. La chambre agréable, les lits confortables équipés de moustiquaire.Jean Marie un hôte très prévenant parlant français. Et le petit déjeuner un peu simple mais suffisant. Possibilité de prendre les repas au restaurant de l'hôtel.

A nice, quiet hotel, perfect to spent a couple of days
Pros:

A quiet hotel on a central location. Very friendly staff and good breakfast.

Cons:

When reserving I opted for a suite, but I could have done with a standard room with balcony.

Pros:

Clean room, bathroom and beds. Helpful, friendly and relaxed employees in all areas of responsability. Very good breakfast included. Located close to the beach and several good restaurants, beautiful surrounding/nature.

Gute Lage in der Nähe von Lake Kivu, Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück auch ok

Cons:

Die Abrechnung mit VisaCarte, ich dachte es wird automatisch abgebucht aber der Menager hat mir erklärt , dass es nicht so ist, ich soll die Rechnung bezahlen da vor Ort wobei als Er das umgerechnet hat mit Rwf, war es 15€ teurer als bei Booking stand!Nach eine lange Diskusion habe ich aber die 15 €zurückbekommen

Great Location, But Falls Short on Basics
Pros:

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and some of the best bars and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hillside suites are clean and spacious.

Cons:

The breakfast is very basic, limited to eggs, potatoes, bread, and margarine; which feels underwhelming. Surprisingly, the suites (their priciest rooms) don’t have Wi-Fi, which is quite disappointing.
