Beautifully curated and detailed resort everything was well thought through. The staff were lovely it is such a beautiful location the only issue was the fitness center had no AC and the equipment was old. But we would definitely go back in a heartbeat.

The staff and quality of the service is impeccable as well as the villa and breakfast that was served with an amazing view ! The resort is enormous with plenty of facilities such as an amazing gym facing the river, a pool, a pool bar. It is very calm and peaceful, an absolute must-see !
Attentive staff, lovely small, but very well stocked, buffet breakfast. Nice grounds and lovely rooms. (Sometimes there weren't any staff at reception to see in person or pick up calls - lack of staff problem?)
These are points I have already raised with the Guest Experience Manager, but they are very small points:
1) You have balconies , but no chairs or table. I suggest putting high plastic/simulated cane, chairs on the balcony to improve the guest experience further. (or normal lower ones with a small table). The reason i mentioned "high" is because the balcony already has a railing that can be used as a table if the chairs are high enough. We asked for 2 of these type and the staff found some and delivered them promptly.
2) Aircons in room. Our room was fitted with a very new Aircon and "trendy" control panel. (no remote control). The control panel itself is touch screen and there is no indication on it WHERE you press to raise and lower the room temp. Suggest a small card be placed under each panel on the table to advise guests where to press, and how to operate the other features, because the current tech is very counter-intuitive, (and I'm quite techy).
3) Aircons in gym. Both were pumping out warm air with a message on each control panel "Please clean filter". Suggest these are both serviced and cleaned once every 6 months.
I hope these points help the overall guest experience.
This was the perfect place to finish our trip to Bali! The staff were exceptional - very friendly and super helpful. The spa was fully booked when we visited so we didn't get an opportunity to try their services. The room was very spacious ans clean and bed was comfortable. The pools were lovely and the breakfast buffet was great. We also enjoyed some lunch at the on site restaurant when we arrived earlier than anticipated - the food was delicious - a little pricier than what you'd pay elsewhere but that's to be expected for the convenience. We'd definitely visit again in future and stay longer than one night next time. We loved how quiet it was.
It's a little out of the way, about 15 mins from Sanur town centre. Note that this property is not accessible for those with limited mobility as there are a lot of stairs to get around the complex. The staff are great though and will carry your luggage to and from your room which was appreciated in the heat. Neither of these things were issues for us personally but worth sharing to help others decision making. Mijor feedback for the team - the bathroom would have been improved by an extraction fan.
We had a wonderful stay at Harsano. It’s a beautiful resort, very comfortable and peaceful, with a great location.
The breakfast was exceptional — definitely one of the highlights of our stay!
Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. They did everything they could to assist me and make sure our stay went as smoothly and comfortably as possible, which I truly appreciated.
I would highly recommend this place. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for your kindness, care and hospitality. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

An absolut hidden gem. I definitely recommend this place. We had a spacious villa with private pool and loved everything about it.
Also dinner is delicious.
The only small downside is, there are no reading lights on the nightstand.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the room was fine for our three nights, the restaurant menu wasn’t very big but the food was nice
the breakfast wasn’t very nice with stale baked goods and most of the food had ran out so had to wait a while for it to be replenished whilst we waited for our pick up time. The pool was filthy, dirty and a lot of dead insects,wasps and beetles and bird feathers everywhere we did ask for it to be cleaned on our arrival but it was not done as the same things where floating around for days. Bed bugs my wife and I were bitten only through the night in this hotel yet didn’t get bitten anywhere else in our 20 day Bali trip. We didn’t use the pool and hated going to bed at night . We had to get a 19:45 flight and check out time was 12:00 weeks didn’t get any options to pro long the stay other then sit by the pool or use the gym. There is nothing near the resort so you’ll have to have a driver or a grab to get to anything or do anything.

They are far away from Sanur, 25-45 min by taxi, depend on traffic, remote area, quite noisy, bad noise isolation, local dog barking and chicken and rooster in the early morning. Breakfast poor, every day same. In this resort you don’t have nothing to do, so for visiting Sanur, you have to use taxi every time (cca 70-110K). Better to find something in Sanur
