Very nice, cozy hotel, 10 min walk away from Lift 2 Soliko. You need to walk along the road with cars for about 3 min, but it's ok. Very nice room with a beautiful panoramic view to the mountains. The room was clean, there is TV, kettle, warm battery in the bathroom, nice shower cabin. There is supermarket close to the hotel. Very good breakfast. Billiard and a cozy fire place with sofas and games to play. The owners were very nice. It was a bit chilly in the room because of panoramic windows, but not cold and warm under blanket. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a family run hotel that provides a lovely Georgian breakfast, and also dinner upon request. The location is only a few minutes walk from the first lift and 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The owner will drive you to and from if you do not have a car. There is a nice communal room with bollards table and a fire. A little bar to get drinks. Lots of cakes being made each day. Super nice people. The rooms are the equivalent to a cosy 3 star European family run pensione - warm, clean and really comfy bed.

Very kind people working there. Such a warm and homely atmosphere. Very clean and cosy. Location is perfect. In a quiet spot but near all the facilities, 10-15 mins away from New Gudauri. Walking distance to ski rental and lifts. The view from the room is spectacular!!!
Also loved their little guest area with fire place and pool table. Had a wonderful stay there. Definitely will come back to the same place.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay! The shuttle from Tbilisi airport was not only comfortable but also reasonably priced, which made my arrival smooth.The room was spotless and well-maintained, featuring large windows with perfect views. Breakfast was diverse and delicious—definitely a highlight of my mornings! We also dined at the onsite restaurant, and the food was simply delicious. We especially loved ending our evening with a glass of excellent homemade wine by the cozy fireplace. A great practical touch was the dedicated ski room equipped with dryers. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to try the onsite sauna this trip, but it’s definitely on our list for our next visit!I will definitely be coming back!

Спасибо! Очень дружелюбный персонал отеля. Вкусная домашняя кухня. Вечером заказывали ужин прям в отеле, очень вкусно, по домашнему. Есть сауна на дровах. Очень понравилась атмосфера. Есть место для хранения лыж и ботинок, тёплое.
