It was a good stay, however could have been much better.
Pros:

I didn't have the breakfast. Location is perfect. The staff are very helpful and polite.

Cons:

Lack of proper orientation to the customer before they check in.

I was told that one lunch/dinner is complementary, then when I order the dinner, they say it has to be paid. They make some confusions, which could be handled in a better way. The cleanliness of the floor, it has a lot of cigarette burns.

excellent hotel but live singing every day till late night negates the good experience.
Pros:

location. size of the room. comfort of the room. excellent staff.

Cons:

till 23.30 in the night I could not sleep due to live singing in their flame restaurant at rooftop and it was too loud and very disturbing. telling staff to something about it was of no use. so suffered for three nights as I sleep very early. the worst part was on 26th Jan when I was going to check out. patriotic songs started blaring out at 0600 by the hotel waking me up after keeping me awake the night before till midnight due to live stupid senseless singing. such a good hotel but these two points screwed up my experience.
