We just only view the room and observe the surrounding. We don't stay so that we can't comment
Pros:

Low-end hotel standard. We don’t stay. We don’t feel safe because the area is too crowded with people, and also too many operator of tricycle vehicles (beca roda tiga) in-front of the hotel. We have to move to other hotel in the city. We have paid for 4 rooms and given to our local our driver to stay.

Cons:

Security and safety is not guaranteed. No privilege. Hotel has no control on outsiders. The area is gloomy.
