Overall good but major disappointment with no staff after 9.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The location was great!

Cons:

There was no one on staff from around 9-6. I had questions and there was no one available to answer them. The gate runs off an app. This is a bad policy as several guests got stuck inside and could not leave because their app didn't work. This is a serious safety issue. If someone gets sick or needs medical attention (not everyone has internet in a foreign country) what are they supposed to do? You shoud either pay for staff 24 hours, which would be ideal, or have a better system in place for entering and exiting.

Cons:

Unable to check in for our reservation. States open until 10pm and I checked in and called to confirm our 10pm arrival. Turned out into the streets because staff acted uninformed. Very bad experience.

El restaurante que está junto a las instalaciones. Me parece que pertenece a la misma empresa

Algunos inquilinos hicieron ruido hasta después de las 23 horas, además al ingresar nos Iban a dar una habitación qué no cumplía con nuestras expectativas, tuvimos que solicitar la posibilidad de otra habitación pagando un ajuste considerable. Cumplió con la expectativa hasta después del cambio de habitación

Ubicación, espacio de la habitación y precio.

Cons:

El hotel estaba completamente cerrado cuando llegue a las 4am. Por lo que tuve que esperar hasta las 6am que recien abrieran la entrada. Y luego otras 6 horas para el check in. Seria ideal si al menos se pudiese ingresar a la recepción a cualquier hora para no quedar en la calle.

Al llegar no había recepción, me ayudó alguien del restaurante y nadie sabía de mi reserva, tardaron unos 15-20 minutos en dejarme pasar a la habitación mientras resolvían

Está en la calle del parque marino ballena.

Cons:

Al principio me quisieron dar un cuarto de menor proporciones, en el fondo, frente al restaurante que tenía música hasta tarde. Le dije que no era acorde a las fotos que mostraban, pero alegaron que para el precio que había confirmado, era el que correspondía. Entonces intenté negociar, tuve que pagar una diferencia y me dieron otro cuarto que estaba mucho mejor ubicado, equipado, y que para mí era el que mostraban a la hora que elegí la habitación. La piscina estaba sucia, es de plástico y no estaba apta para baño. Sin mantenimiento.

Das Zimmer war nicht sehr toll. Sehr klein und es hat gestunken wie in einem Keller. Es war sehr altmodisch und nicht sehr sauber.

Estaba muy cerca de la playa y el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien

Cons:

El baño de la habitación no tenía puerta, solo una cortina de bambú lo que fue un inconveniente. No se parecía a las habitaciones que hay en las fotos del hotel, era muy pequeña y todo bastante viejo.
