While the breakfast staff provided great service, the food quality is average and doesn’t match the 85–90 SAR price tag. What I found most dissatisfying was the lack of flexibility regarding breakfast bookings. The hotel does not allow for any adjustments, such as transferring a missed breakfast to a guest for the following day. For a hotel at this level, such a rigid policy is unreasonable and negatively impacts the overall experience.
