Quietness and cleaning and location
Asking for payment and sending agent to my room for finish payment i can do that when I checked out beside discrepancy of amount between booking.com and hotel
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing, and we do not feel that it deserves the rating or price we paid.
The room was not clean, and the furniture was very old and clearly needs to be renovated. We also found a small flying insect in the bathroom. There was only one pair of slippers in the room even though we were two people.
