لاشي فعلا للاسف خدمات دون المستوى

تجاهل الموظفين للنزلاء لايردون على الاتصالات
أصوات ازعاج لعب وضحك وركض 24 ساعه لم نستطع النوم على مدي 6 ايام وتم اعلامهم ولم يتم حل المشكله
ابلغوني ان على الخروج يوم السبت مع العلم ان حجزي إلى الأحد وبعدها تم حجز ليله عن طريق بوكنج وبعد نص ساعه اتفاجاء باتصالهم واعتذارهم انه يوجد لدي حجز الي الاحد فعلا
وذلك بعدما دفعت ليله إضافيه بسبب خطائهم وقالو نحن اسفين الرجاء ارجاع مبلغ الحجز

Pros:

الغرفة واسعة و الاثاث مجدد باستثناء الموكيت وهو للأسف يقلل كثيرا من جمالية الغرفة.

Cons:

موكيت الغرفة قديم و يحتاج إلى تبديل. مواقف السيارة لا يوجد لها باب و مفتوحه لأي شخص يدخل للمواقف و منها ممكن الوصول إلى الغرف بدون اي رقابة.

المكان مستهلك وما في تجديد مو نظيف ما في موظفين في الاستقبال غير إنو في وحدة كانت مو لبقة فكلامها وحطوني فغرفة مدخنين بالرغم من إنو حطين ابغا لغير المدخنين اليوم اللي بعدو قدرو يغيروها وحتى الغرف التانية في ريحة سيئة الحمام في ريحة مجاري
