Pros:

チューリッヒ空港に隣接しており、空港利用の立地の便宜性だけは高く評価できる。受付の職員は親切で、コレクトコールの以来にも笑顔で対処していただきました。

Cons:

部屋は単調でただ泊まるだけという機能しかない。バスの線が壊れていたので取り替えてもらったが、ルームサービスの担当は面倒そうな顔で話もしなかった。単純に眠る場の提供の機能だけの部屋だった（もう少し高い部屋なら違ったのかもしれない。）。Booking.comの予約内容には朝食込みと記されていたが、朝食はついていないとの返事で突き返された。何度も予約書を示したが、取り合ってはくれなかった。ホテルかBooking.comのいずれの錯誤なのか。
