Pros:

I recently stayed here with my family and booked a deluxe room. The property itself is good, the food was good, and most of the staff were polite and helpful. The overall atmosphere was also pleasant.
However, my entire experience was completely ruined by the manager’s behavior. I was charged for two rooms even though we only used one room. When I asked for clarification, the manager casually said the room was “not neat” and demanded extra money without any proper explanation. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
What hurt the most was not the extra money, but the way the manager treated me. I felt completely humiliated in front of my family. In the hospitality industry, respect towards guests is the most basic expectation, and unfortunately the manager failed miserably in that regard.
It is disappointing to see such a good property being damaged by the attitude of someone in a responsible position. If this is how guests are treated, it will definitely affect the reputation of the place in the long run.
After this experience, I will not visit again and I will not recommend this place to anyone I know.

Courteous staff, neat and clean Hotel. Very good Kamal vegetarian restaurant besides. Wonderful food, enjoy the puttu kadala and the veg meals and of course the dosa, idli, wada.

Pros:

Location on the highway. Decent restaurants both vegetarian and non vegetarian.

Cons:

Bed cover and blanket had blood stains and dirt . Had to wait an hour to get it changed. A cockroach that was living inside the telephone almost got into my ears.

Good option if you're visiting jadayupara.
Pros:

Very convenient location. Right on the highway, close to jadayupara, and a short drive away from trivendrum. Also, for a highway hotel, quite comfortable and with a pure veg restaurant! Good value for money.

Cons:

Rooms could have been cleaner. Restaurant always looked overwhelmed because of the rush.
