I wasn't welcome at this place, as allegedly they were not allowed to take in foreigners. Which totally ruined my day en Kollam, and so I moved on to my next destination.

Cons:

the reception was dark and spooky, and the guy spoke no English, so I had to wait until somebody else came to explain why they were not checking me in.

I will file a consumer court case for cheating and crock mentally people unprofessional management need to stop business with guys which will effectively impect the exposure of booking.com i paid the full amount for stay and dint even accepted my guest for the stay and they had to take another hotel jn the middle of the night which is totally unexpectable i will suuue this guys on monday ny fileing a consumer court care in kollam district if thisnis not escalated from ur 3 rd party outside source if my refund is not done by tomorrow afternoon.
