Great location and staff.
Pros:

Shokh at the reception is very welcoming and professional. Speaks excellent English and friendly. Check in was smooth and fast.

Location is great with a couple of kebab stores around and many food shops, burger/pizza joints and cafes at the street.

Also very near drive to the palace.
My room was modern and looks new and has a nice view of the street.

Cons:

The shower door kind of splashes the water and made the toilet floor very wet

Excellent place to stay in Kokand
Pros:

Big and clean room, great location as everywhere in the city was walkable and close to lots of restaurants and cafes, staff were very helpful and kind, breakfast buffet was great with lots of options.

Pros:

Es ist ein ordentliches Hotel in guter Lage. In der Geschichte las ich, dass es sich um ein umgebautes sowjetisches Industrie-Areal handelt. Als Vorbereitung für die touristisch immer bedeutsamere nahe Zukunft könnte es wieder eine Auffrischung vertragen, zum Beispiel bei den Zimmerteppichen. Es kommt zurzeit nicht ganz an den sonst hervorragenden Standard der Hotels der Reikartz-Gruppe hin. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

总体来说还不错，
Pros:

酒店地理位置非常好，周边吃饭也非常方便，还有菜市场可以买水果，酒店房间新装修的空间很大，前台服还可以吧，其中有一个瘦瘦的小伙子服务非常不好，没有笑脸，其他的都可以，前面就有停车场

Sehr gutes Hotel - bester Service
Pros:

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel und es wird möglich gemacht, was geht. Früher Checkin und später Checkout waren überhaupt kein Problem. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, komfortabel, sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Kaffee, Tee und eine große Schale mit frischem Obst stehen bereit. Ein großes Bett und gute Matratzen machen den Schlaf angenehm. Nachts ist es trotz der Lage an der Hauptstraße nicht besonders laut und man kann auch bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig mit warmen und kalten Speisen. Herzhaftes, Süßes, Joghurt und frisches Obst sind selbstverständlich. Im Hotel ist ein kleiner Imbiss, ansonsten finden sich sehr viele kleine Restaurants an der Hauptstraße. 5 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo man sich versorgen kann. WLAN ist sehr gut.
