A parte dove abbiamo pernottato, ci è piaciuta la città

Tutto Purtroppo non mi è piaciuto nulla, molto sporco il bagno, copriwater non fissato,niente asciugacapelli, lenzuola macchiate, coperta era per persone alte metri 1,50, tappeti molto sporchi,TV finta non c'era antenna,no telecomando e non collegata alla corrente, sedie traballavano e molto sporche, dimenticavo alle spalle del letto finestre che davano direttamente sulla strada.

Pros:

We stayed on the top floor, the attic studio, really beautiful old woodwork, it has a lot of charm.
The beds are very comfortable, and the sleeping loft is pretty cool.
The owner is a really nice man, and the provided breakfast was definitely more than plenty.
There are several supermarkets and good restaurants within walking distance

Cons:

The heating was only barely sufficient, the radiator in the kitchen part didn't heat up at all
The bathroom was very small, not very practical.
It's on the very top floor of the building, no elevator, it's 57 steps up to reach the studio.

El aseo. El lavamanos tenis agua i el vàter NO, y estaba muy sucio. NO tenia más habitaciones disponibles i nos dijo que nos devolvia el dinero. Aun lo estoy esperando.

Pros:

Hôtel simple et sans prétention, mais bien situé au centre de Leuven. L'arrivée à toute heure sans réception est facile.

Cons:

La propreté laisse à désirer, le lavabo était bouché, et l'isolation phonique des portes trop mauvaise (bruit la nuit). L'horaire du petit déjeuner est réduit (commence tard), j'aurais aimé quelque chose de chaud, et le picnic de remplacement était relativement basique.

Jedlá bolo veľa a na výber- či sladké, mäsité alebo ovocie. Super nápad- donáška. Ušetrilo nám to námahu nákupov v cudzom meste.

Room is big, place is in the city center.

Cons:

This is not an hotel, it is an standard house with code-lockers in the doors. No one appeared during my stay. Although the facilities are quite OK for my standards, if you have to interact with the owner (as I had to do) the experience becomes a complete nighmare.

Not safe.
When I came there was a huge drunk guy standing on the door. Someone made weird noises both nights of my stay. I stayed on the last floor, basically an attic. There are rooftop windows, I had to climb a ladder attached to the wall to close the window. There are bugs, moths. The neighborhood felt weird.
The bathroom stinks, dirty towels, literally poop traces on them. In general it is a very dirty place.

It is hard to open the front door. An the stairs... Wooden, most narrow and very steep. Only one person can fit.

Would not recommend it to anyone, ever.

Also, had problems with the payment timing and the name of the service provider.

I usually travel "budget friendly", and I saw previous comments, but I thought people were exaggerating.

They were not.
