L’isola di Lindau è da vedere e l’hotel a parte gli addetti alla reception e’valido

La posizione dell’Hotel con ottima vista sul porto ed il lago ed anche l’architettura dell’antica costruzione dell’Hotel perfettamente in linea con tutte le altre antiche costruzioni dell’intero centro storico molto interessante dell’isola di Lindau

Non avere da parte dell’addetta alla reception la necessaria educazione e pazienza con chi come il sottoscritto non conosce il tedesco ed ha una limitata conoscenza solamente scolastica dell’inglese ed ha bisogno di informazioni indispensabili su dove parcheggiare per rispettare le regole e non incorrere in multe

We liked the town. The location of the hotel is perfect.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this time it was complete failure. We asked hotel for cancellation, but they refused. So we decided to arrive, and on the arrival they said our booking is cancelled, but they cancelled not us. On the end they without asking gave us a room on the back of the hotel, not the one we asked in the booking with a view. Literally, they sold the room twice. Unacceptable.

Cons:

Zufahrt kompliziert - da sehr viel Verkehr herrschte und sehr viele Fussgänger und Radfahrer unterwegs waren.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage, super Frühstück und nettes Hotelpersonal.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes DZ mit Blick auf See und Berge und den Hafen zu einem guten Preis. Das Frühstück war sensationell, auch das Abendessen sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kommen gerne wieder.
