Sehr schöne Lage am Lindauer Hafen. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Leider war das Restaurant im 1. Stock bei unserem Aufenthalt abends geschlossen.

I would not stay at this hotel again because of the unprofessional manner of some of the staff.
Pros:

The location was great and the facilities were pleasant.

Cons:

The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive especially the man who checked us in when we arrived.

Tolle Lage, sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und freundliches Personal!
Pros:

Die Lage ist genial! Die Junior-Suite hat einen grossen Balkon mit traumhafter Aussicht auf den See und rückseitiger Sicht über die schönen Dächer der Lindauer Altstadt.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und im Hotel Restaurant haben wir in stilvollem Ambiente wunderbar gegessen.
Ausserdem ist das Hotel sehr gut mit dem ÖV erreichbar, zu Fuss vom Bahnhof in drei Minuten.

Schönes Hotel direkt am See
Pros:

Wir haben die Lindauer Hafenweihnacht besucht, das Hotel lag mittendrin - top. Sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick auf den See. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Excellent hotel in a great location with helpful staff
Pros:

Hotel staff was very helpful and helped to make arrangements for my airport transfer.

Cons:

I had an early checkout (around 6am) at the hotel and had asked the evening before if they are able to prepare some light food for my journey to the airport as I knew their breakfast starts at 7am. They said okay, asked for what I would like to have and proceed to charge me for the breakfast. Unfortunately, nothing was prepared and I left empty-handed.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Geräumiges und schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Hafeneinfahrt. Bad perfekt.Klimaanlage vorhanden. Funktioniert gut und leise. Zentrale Lage.
Außerordentlich freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service in Rezeption, Restaurant und beim Frühstück.
Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr viel Auswahl.
E-Bikes konnten in Garage sicher und mit Lademöglichkeit untergestellt werden.
Lift vorhanden.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel in sehr guter Lage!
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit super Lage.
Wir hatten das sehr geräumiges "Deluxe" Zimmer mit Seeblick und waren sehr zufrieden.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mir wurde ein Hotel eigener Stellplatz in einer Tiefgarage in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels angeboten, der auch noch etwas günstiger als das örtliche Parkhaus war.
Auch das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr gut und reichlich und ist zu empfehlen.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden!
