Pros:

Good city center hotel with large apartment style rooms, excellent bathroom and maintained to a high standard.
Charge for car park but limited spaces, there is an underground garage that was not open.
Lovely restaurant with reasonable choice, good value and excellent staff with english spoken.
Good european breakfast,
Lacated in a quiet residential area.

Gutes Hotel, gute Lage
Pros:

Ausstattung, Lage und Frühstück sehr gut, täglich frisches Wasser im Zimmer
Alle Tage: Personal Empfang , Restaurant ebenerdig sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , Personal Frühstück sehr umsichtig und höflich

Cons:

2.Abend : Eine Servicekraft für Getränke und Essen im Saal 2.Stock war sichtlich genervt und sehr unhöflich, abweisend und nicht interessiert uns zu bedienen, hat auf unsere Fragen nur im vorbeigehen geantwortet- obwohl nur zwei Tische mit jeweils einem Paar besetzt war-
wir haben dann gerne auf ein Getränk verzichtet .
Hat mit Tür geknallt wenn Gäste diese beim Durchgehen nicht komplett geschlossen hatten- unmögliches Verhalten dieser Angestellten

Relaxing after active days
Pros:

We visited an event at the airport. The location was perfect. Breakfast was very nice with lots of different options of food. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Parking space available at the hotel.

Cons:

All was good. We were a bit disappointed with the fact that massage therapist isn’t working on Saturdays.

Zarezerwowany pokój nie był dostępny
Cons:

Pokój deluxe wykupiony tylko po to żeby mieć podwójne łóżko, przy zameldowaniu dostałam łóżko pojedyncze i próbowano mi wmówić,ze jest podwójne i ze łóżka są wąskie. Musiałam wracać 3 razy z pokoju ze zdjęciami żeby pokazać że łóżko jest pojedyncze. Jak na recepcji zauważyli że popełnili błąd to nie dostałam pokoju z podwójnym łóżkiem który mieli dostępny, bo kazali mi dopłacić różnice ceny. Koniec końców dostałam pokój który miał dwa łóżka pojedyncze połączone, spóźniłam się na imprezę przez całą sytuację, nie dostałam żadnych przeprosin, a nie zaoferowanie pokoju który jest dostępny i ma podwójne łóżko tylko dlatego że było trochę droższe tym bardziej, że to była wina hotelu to jakaś kpina, w ogóle nie polecam. Następną imprezę chyba przeniosę gdzieś indziej :)
