Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación, la habitación familiar era ideal para mi familia de 5 personas tiene nevera y nos hizo un mundo a la hora de poder desayunar y cenar por allí. La habitación familiar era muy espaciosa y la recepcionista muy atenta. Volveré a este hotel.

Pros:

The place was nice and perfect for a small family, with enough space for two adults and three children. The location was very good, with shops and restaurants only a 3-minute walk away. The bus stop was also just 4 minutes away. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Great location, quiet room at the rear of the hotel that was spotless and had good facilities.

Cons:

Stairs fine for me but lack of a lift might be troubling for some.

Excellent location and value for money!
Pros:

Clean, good facilities and amazing location that is super close to Baker Street station. Overall excellent value for money! Would definitely return when I’m next in London

Cons:

There is no lift and we were on 4th floor. This wasn’t an issue for us, but just be aware if you struggle with stairs!

Excellent location, friendly staff
Pros:

I really liked the location. It was near all the amenities, shops, Madame Tussauds, nice parks and it was really easy to move around. The room was excellent, clean, quiet, enough space for two and the room height was amazing. The kitchen helped a lot when prepping meals. We got an earlier check in which we are very grateful for! Great and friendly staff! They really listened our wishes and helped with all the questions :)

Cons:

The room got really hot during the heat wave in London and with only one fan on the floor.
