Lage und Betten waren super, alles war sauber und hat sehr gut gerochen. Wasserkocher und Toaster vorhanden.
Ich hätte morgens gern gleich einen Kaffee gemacht, eine Kaffeemaschine wäre also toll gewesen. Aber der angebotene lösliche Kaffee hat erstaunlich gut geschmeckt.
I stayed in the room with two double beds, myself and my mum. It was more like an apartment than a hotel room, spacious, mini kitchen facilities and full size fridge. All very clean. Beds and pillows very comfy and amazing sound proofing on windows.
The lock on the inside of the door was not functional. I usually feel more secure in a hotel if I can lock the door to my room from the inside. Everything else was amazing though!!
Been there a few times during summer, very comfortable, during winter it gets a little cold. Besides that, everything is good :) and welcoming staff.

The room was super spacious. The staff were nice.
The absence of elevators..
A very small room, but I knew that whilst booking. Not much storage space either, but for a single night it was fine. Very clean and bedding felt good quality and fresh. Not somewhere you'd stay for a weekend break or long stay, but for a one night stopover whist catching an early train the next morning, it was perfect.
Not really anything to complain about. It was expensive for what you get, but everywhere is in London.

It met my expectations
Lovely room/apartment. Really well located, Marylebone area is just great. The recepcionist was nice and friendly. The room is very comfortable, great bathroom, small kitchen that allows you to prepare some food if needed, small fridge, very good heating, nice window. They provide you with some coffee, milk, tea.
The only thing to consider is that there is no elevator and it has 4 floors, so you might choose to ask if you can have a lower floor.
