Clean and quiet
Pros:

Location and cleanliness of room

Cons:

Very poor looking entrance, came back to find a man praying with a matt in the entrance of the door so had to step over him to get in.

No Aircon however the window opened and a good quality fan worked very well

Cons:

Shared spaces...it is a multi bedroom flat and you have a private room in with strangers. Ok if that's your expectation. Careful on the booking.com app. I thought I was getting a room in the hotel. Obvious from the final booking, not so much when booking.

The window was next to a pub so noise was an issue

Despite being clean, fixtures felt like they could break at any time. Taps wobble, curtains rails shake etc

Disappointing stay

Cons:

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had a strong smell of urine, and the carpet was stained, making it feel unclean and poorly maintained. The front door to the flat did not close properly, meaning people were constantly coming in and out, which made me feel unsafe and offered very little privacy.

The room also looked nothing like the photos advertised on Booking.com. It was clear that the listing used photos of a much better room. For example, the advertised room included a bedside table, whereas the room I was given had what appeared to be a chest of drawers with all of the drawers removed and used as a desk. Overall, the accommodation was misleading and did not match the description or images provided.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend against staying here.

Beyond disappointing
Cons:

When we arrived there were squatters in one of the rooms smoking weed.
The cleanliness was poor, there was urine in both toilets in flushed, there were stains on the bedding, dust everywhere. The shower was disgusting, with dirt and grime , the temperature couldn’t be adjusted and the doors were hanging off the unit.

bedding seemed clean and proximity to TFL

Cons:

bathroom was dirty, floor matt unwashed and soiled, other residents smoking pot on premsies, and distrubance both nights through fights/disagreements. TV signal intermittent. All in all not pleaseant stay despite the low cost
