Comfortable rooms with the view and fun.
Pros:

We loved staying at this hotel with our family. The rooms are huge spacious with a view of Targus river and the marina. The bathroom was also very spacious and clean. We also love the spot of the hotel. We could walk in the mornings and rent bikes and have fun.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet can be improved.

Pros:

El lugar del hotel frente al río, con vistas y un paseo precioso. En Belem cerca de Lisboa pero a su vez lo suficientemente separado del bullicio y los atascos. El buffet del desayuno también estaba genial.

Cons:

Nos encontramos cucarachas dos de los 3 días en el baño. El precio era fue muy elevado para el tipo de alojamiento. 1.100€ por 3 noches en un hotel de 5 estrellas, pero las instalaciones eran bastante limitadas como para un hotel de 5 estrellas (spa normalito, calidades...). Elegí este hotel porque era el 5 estrellas más caro y pensé que marcaría una diferencia con los otros hoteles, pero habiendo pasado la experiencia me hubiese ido a otro 5 estrellas por la mitad de precio.

Very good
Cons:

As we were family in one room, we prefer to have a room without a glass wall in the bathroom, at least put a curtain in similar cases. However, we managed.Furthermore, the sliding balcony door was very heavy.

I’ll be back my next visit to Lisbon.
Pros:

Clean and amazing staff. The manager came out to personally welcome me which I personally appreciate because it rarely happens in most establishments.

Our favourite place to stay in greater Lisbon!
Pros:

The room was beautiful and spacious with a wonderful view. It’s a very quiet, peaceful room.

Ricardo always recognizes us and gave us his usual warm welcome, as did Monica. The rest of the staff are also lovely

The breakfast is fabulous and so is the food in the riverside restaurant.

We loved the spa, too.

Cons:

The light in the cupboard didn’t switch off and makes the bedroom too light at night.

The light switches are annoying! They’re teeny tiny spots and the writing is so small that it’s difficult to read. Sometimes hotel designers get ahead of themselves and complicate things unnecessarily! Light switches need to be simple and convenient!

מקום עם שירות טוב ומיקום ממש יפה .(האוכל טעון שיפור)

אהבתי את המיקום החדר ממש צופה לטאז׳ו והיה ג׳קוזי בחדר שזה ממש נחמד.

העיצוב מאוד מיושן. בדוק אחד הזרמים היה תקוע מרוב האבנית /חלודה. בנוסף הארוחת בוקר ממש לא מדהימה בלשון המעטה .פשוט לא היה לי טעים .הדבר הטוב בארוחת הבוקר זה הקפה הוא באמת היה ממש טוב יחסית למלון.האמת התאכזבתי גם מהמסעדת משלן של המלון לא היה לנו כל כך טעים.
