Great hotel, location, customer service, didn't like the glass door to the toilet!
Pros:

Off the main road on Buckingham Palace Rd, and easy to find location. Friendly, helpful, professional staff. Traveling solo, I felt safe here, the room was small, but efficient and had everything I needed (kettle, coffee, milk, hairdryer, body/handwash, clean towels and linens - wall TV, bottled water, vwhich was very welcome.

Cons:

Well...the room/bathroom was immaculately clean - as was the lobby area and elevators - but a GLASS door on the toilet - and frosted glass in the shower, 100% and totally visible by anybody else in the room (it was a small room). I did not like this! I was travelling solo, so it didn't affect me (hence the 10/10 rating) this time - but it would if I had any other person with me, including my partner. Nobody wants to see, hear, or experience in any other way somebody using the toilet from just a few feet away.

Very cosy and clean. Would stay again.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location and staff very helpful.

Cons:

A small fridge in the room would be great. The shower base looked a little tatty.

The bed and bedding

Cons:

The noise from the underground was horrendous and relentless as was early morning noise in corridors and the television didn’t work due to lack of connection. The kettle was also situated nowhere near a plug to use safely

Pros:
