Horrible, couldn't find our booking. Almost left without a room

Location was good i guess

Cons:

Staff was very rude. We booked 3 rooms through booking. She couldn't find it and offered us only one. Didn't speak a word of english and didnt try to communicate at all, we had help from russian speaking person. Otherwise we wouldve been left without a room, while it was fully paid for. Attitude was horrible, she tried to disregard us. Avoid this place! They cant even work with their system. Also shower was horrible, it started leaking everywhere and all floor was flooding wet after shower. There is no ac, rooms are very run down and smell weird.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the downtown, with all means of city transport in vicinity. The rooms are enough comfortable,clean and quiet.

Cons:

Nothing special. May be the absence of the fridge in the room.

Na 1-2 noce max, świetna lokalizacja
Pros:

Lokalizacja jest świetna, blisko centrum blisko szpitala wojskowego. Personel jest mily i pomocny. Jest cicho. Na miejscu restauracja, parking przy hotelu.

Czystość średnia (+ zniszczona, odrapana muszla ubikacji). standard- średni. Na 1-2 noce, aby sie jakos przespać. łóżka- bardzo miękkie materace. Pokoj na 3 pietrze- brak rolet zaciemniających wiec wieczorem jest zbyt jasno. Na 3 pietrze latem jest duszno ( nie ma klimatyzacji). W pokoju nie ma telefonu, ale jest to maly hotel wiec mozna szybko zjechac windą. Jest 1 duza butelka wody, 2 saszetki herbaty, czajnik, szklanki. Nie ma lodowki.
