The staff named Sis was excellent! Except when we tried to eat in their Japanese restaurant. I believe it’s the same owner. We had a really bad experience with the waiter named “Simon” . We were trying to order and this waiter asked us what we want. We are still figuring out as the menu is not written in English and not familiar for us. He says do you want Japanese Tapas? And we said, what’s in the tapas? He insisted for us to order tapas and he doesn’t explain it well. He has a very thick accent and he got frustrated and gave us an attitude. My husband told him to be patient as we are not familiar with the menu compared to US menu. And that’s when he says, leave the restaurant now. I am not serving you! So in other words, he kicked us out. We went to Sis in the hotel and mentioned this to her. She already knew it was him and she explains when he can’t fully express himself, he gets frustrated and that’s what happened. We ended up taking out food from an Indian restaurant next to it. My husband went back and talked to the Manager as we ere very disappointed and says he will talk to him. Even if you have a pleasant stay in a hotel, this one specific incident will ruin it all. I wish the owner will take a look at this as it seems this is not the only complaint about him as Sis was not surprised at all when we told her. He needs to learn customer service or maybe this is not the job for him. I do not wish him to lose his job but not fair for people that are visiting and just wanted to have a great vacation experience.

Fein wäre, wenn es in der Zelle einen an der wand montierten Klappsessel für den Koffer gäbe. Auch wenn dies das Flair des Ursprünglichen stört. Es wäre sehr hilfreich.
