Great view!
Oh, so much. No air conditioning means no air conditioning. In July, we struggled to sleep on the duvets. Soooo hot, even w the window open.
The staff was not nice. From first contact to last, I felt like I was bothering them and they wished me and my child would go away. It was just about to the point where I thought they would kick us out for breathing.
All in all, just don't. I can forgive not having ac since they list that, but I was scared to ask staff, including the check in clerk, anything for fear of being yelled at. I just made myself small and that's not a nice way to spend a vacation.
I loved the view from my room. I had booked the river view room. But it turned out there were amazing views on the mountains as well. The location was very central, just some minutes from the train station. The pub had a pretty good choice of alcoholfree beers, and the windows of my room isolated well: the room was very quiet. The staff was great.
All was fine.

The location - it’s a beautiful stroll from the train station, and our balcony was directly facing the Chapel Bridge.
We visited in the first week of July, it was relatively hot - the hotel did provide us with not just one, but two fans.
We liked everything about it. Given the location and the fact that the downstairs is a pub - it could get a little noisy in the evening. We did not have any problem, but it could be a concern for some people.

Girişte pub'daki personel inanılmaz kaba ve suratı asıktı. Bavullarımızı alan sarışın hanımefendi gayet kibardı, hatta pub'daki hanımefendi ona bile kaba davrandı. Oda tam temiz değildi. Nehir kenarında olduğu için içerisinde sinek ve çeşit çeşit böcekler mevcuttu biraz huylandık.
Amazing location on the water. The view of the lake and old bridge was spectacular. Right in the heart of everything. Restaurants galore. Small but comfortable.
One member of staff was not always friendly.
