Bon emplacement avec vu sur le pont de la chapelle

Cons:

Nous avons eu une coupure de courant dans notre chambre à cause du fœhn qui était branché (pas nous qui l’avons branché) et de l’eau est arrivé sur la prise en cause la position d’une distributeur de savon qui se trouve accoler à la prise.

Pros:

Great location, room with a view.

Cons:

Wish we could store our luggage earlier during the day, like 9:30ish. - There is no hotel reception. It's the bar that takes care of hotel guests. When booking, we were told that they could only take our luggage as early as 11:30, so it was quite an inconvenice during the three hours of waiting.

Pretty nice place
Pros:

The location is perfect. Has the perfect view from the balcony. Also just 5 minutes walk from the train station.

Cons:

A little noisy because of the pub. But not significant. Totally tolerable.

Pros:

The rooms above the pub all overlook Lake Luzern...fabulous views...the rooms on highest floors have mountain views. The pub staff provide check in services..they are friendly and efficient. Location is central...near train station and ferry port and is in Altstadt....very lively area.

Pros:

The location was amazing, especially the view!

Cons:

I’ve stayed at a pub before and they gave you a welcome drink and a discount on food and bev. We probably would’ve spent more time eating and drinking there if that had been the case, but felt the menu and bar were quite pricey for a pub.

Pros:

Amazing location, view, room and staff. Staff were so friendly, helpful and lovely. Loved our stay here and we will definitely be coming back to stay when we visit Lucerne again!

Cons:

Visited during heatwave so it was very hot in the rooms with no AC and fan only. However, not any fault of the hotel.

Immer sehr angenehm
Pros:

Lage, gute Betten, gemütlich.

Cons:

Waschbecken Abfluss verstopft.
Teebeutel sehr schlechte Qualität.
Wenigstens twinings Earl grey oder 50 Meter von Hotel hat es einen Teeladen mit Teebeutel.
Und Kaffeerahm und kein Milchpulver🤣

Pros:

La localisation exceptionnelle, face au pont, en plein centre de la vieille ville. Au dessus d’un pub nous pensions avoir beaucoup de bruit mais pas du tout. Le balcon était un vrai plus.

Cons:

Chambre étroite mais bien conçue.

Small but Quiet, Excellent Location
Pros:

Very quiet considering busy (excellent) location 3m from SBB. Room is tiny but expected for price. Fridge, good shower. Friendly staff, pub on ground floor.

Pros:

Honestly nothing except the location!

Cons:

Everything. It was EXTREMELY hot in the room.. fans did not help and they were SOOO dusty that we got sick! Rooms were like prison cells honestly. I would NOT recommend. The staff who work at the bar who are the hosts are also rude and no welcoming.
