Donders gezellige pub, mooi uitzicht, aardig personeel.

Pros:

The location and view are the best! The shower was wonderful too! They were very accommodating with a fan for us.

Gemütliches und schönes Zimmer mitten in der Stadt Luzern - Sehr zum empfehlen! komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Zimmer hat mich überraschenderweise sehr gut gefallen. Sieht viel besser aus als auf dem Fotos. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es hat überall viele Steckdosen.

Cons:

Der kleine Kühlschrank hat nicht funktioniert

Best location for a day in Luzern
Pros:

A short walk from the train station and central location to every attraction. Hard to miss. The balcony/windows allowed for great airflow into the room. Staff was well spoken in English and very polite.

Cons:

Be careful with the floor beam that crosses the hall on the 3rd floor.

Pros:

No breakfast— good food and drinks for lunch and dinner. Lovely to be right along the River— picturesque and convenient location. Lovely surprise that the lovely farmers market was right out the door on Saturday morning!

Equipe super atenciosa e vista de tirar o fôlego!
Pros:

A equipe foi extremamente simpática - a recepção do hotel fica no Pub e há uma portuguesa que lá trabalha, o que facilitou a recepção para mim, mas todos falam inglês. Aliás, o Pub é uma ótima opção para as refeições de almoço/jantar. O hotel não serve café da manhã e o Pub abre apenas a partir de 11h30min, mas há vários lugares próximos para isso. A localização do hotel é fantástica e o meu quarto tinha vista para os Alpes (é de tirar o fôlego de tão linda)! O quarto é simples, mas confortável, assim como o banheiro privativo. Há um frigobar e uma jarra elétrica no quarto, com café instantâneo e chás para os hóspedes. Antes do Pub abrir, os hóspedes podem utilizar a entrada na rua de trás do Pub, que dá acesso às lojas, restaurantes e alguns pontos turísticos.

Cons:

O fato de não ter café da manhã, mas, como citei acima, há café instantâneo com jarra elétrica e um frigobar no quarto, o que facilita para os hóspedes organizarem um pequeno almoço antes de sair para explorar o lugar.

Es war ein sehr guter und gelungener Aufenthalt. Ich komme wieder.
Pros:

Sehr Zentrale Lage mit spezieller Aussicht. Sehr guter Zugang zu jeder Zeit. Sehr sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem.
