The view when you open the window is absolutely magical

Best location in Lucerne. Fantastic views. It was an easy 5 minute walk from the train and boats.
Pros:

The location cannot be beat. The staff was amazing at check in, especially since I was just coming off the plane. The view is spectacular facing the bridge. Easy 24/7 access. And the best part is the personality, it's not a cookie cutter boring hotel. It's an experience.

Cons:

An extra blanket in the room would have been great, and possibly an iron, tho, to be fair, I did not ask the counter if they had one.

Memorably cosy stay in Luzern
Pros:

The position, the silence despite the pub on the ground floor and the very central location in an old building, the surroundings, the atmosphere, the comfortable bed, the sight, the very practically furnished room and organised bathroom.

Great quirky hotel in top location
Pros:

Location - beautiful view of the river and Kapellbrucke.
Close to station.
Good shower, clean room, helpful staff.
I didn't eat downstairs at the pub but it looked good and it was always busy with a good vibe but not boistrous or rowdy!
I would recommend La Bonne Cave , a wine bar, a few doors away from the Pickwick.

Cons:

I really can't think of anything.
The fact there is not a full-time and separate reception area might discourage some people.
Double-check that the door is locked behind you when you leave your room - I had to close my door quickly to make sure it stay locked.

La ubicación y la vista es espectacular ya que da directo al puente y al rio
La cercanía con la estación de tren es muy conveniente

Cons:

Todo bien
Como la publicación lo dice está arriba de un pub, a pesar de eso NO se escucha ruido alguno.

Pros:

Location, location ,location. Yes this is truly a "Room With a View". Maybe the best one in Lucerne. Worth the price. The little balcony of this room in the charming old building looks out right over the famous Lucerne covered bridge and the river. Great for seeing the sun set and sun rise and getting great pictures. The pub downstairs is fun and has decent hamburgers and a great selection of beers. And there are pleanty of other great restaurants all around. The room itself is nice and quite big and the bed was confortable. There was a machine and everything for making tea and coffee. A nice big TV on the wall opposite the bed. There is no breakfast but no need, there is a Starbucks almost next door and also many nice restaurants and tea rooms with bakeries near by as the hotel is right in the center of everything. Also an easy 3 minute walk from the train station where there is car parking underneath. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here, great everytime.
