Pros:

We had a wonderful room with a fantastic view. I really appreciated the directions the young lady gave us for getting around. We found the staff to be hardworking, friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our time there.

他們很可愛也很有耐心~
這裡的位置真的很好，甚至窗台就可以看見卡貝爾橋
窗戶關上就蠻安靜的，房間內有準備兩台電扇，還有熱水壺，一切簡單但方便😃
由於我們住的是一樓，從另一側進入不需要電梯，對於帶著大行李箱來說，是很適合的安排。

Cons:

如果是熱浪來襲的時候，可能會覺得不舒適
冰箱留有上一位房客的食物，不過可以請清潔人員幫忙收走~

Best view in Lucern!
Pros:

Best view in Lucern! Loved the Juliette balcony and extra seating with other windows. We had two rooms side by side and it was perfect for our family.
Seperate exit in the back so you don't need to go through the pub if you don't want to.
It was very warm yes, but we expected that. They had a few fans in each room to help and the open windows were nice.
Staff in pub are all great too!

Great stay . Being in center of the city . Nice staff always there to help .
Pros:

Close to the main hub . Lake view room . Little balcony looking to lake and famous bridge

Gets noisy at night . Bar and the restaurant at the bottom floor .
