Amazing view!
Pros:

The room was clean, a good size, and had a minibar, safe, TV, desk, kettle, etc. There’s no AC, but the fan was enough. The person responsible for the check-in was friendly and helpful. The most impressive thing is the view from the room (it’s amazing!).

Cons:

Didn’t provide breakfast and the room didn’t have any extra bed sheet.

Can't go past the view
Pros:

The description doesn't lie - my room had a small balcony with a spectacular view of the Chapel Bridge and the Reuss River. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. My room was on the first floor above the pub. I was concerned about noise travelling up, but with the balcony doors closed the room was quiet even during opening hours. I had to go through the pub when checking in, but once you have your key there is a secure door at the back of the hotel which has more direct access. The hotel is close to the main train and bus stations, which was excellent.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great hotel for a short stay in Lucerne.
Pros:

The hotel has a great location on what is probably the most happening street in Lucerne. The room was small and minimalistic but had the neccessities and was clean.

Cons:

The beds were not very comfortable.

可是靜靜看著卡貝爾橋⋯⋯還是很滿意
Pros:

真的是看得到卡貝爾橋的景觀，房間看出去就是它，很美，午餐也在橋邊的餐廳坐在河岸邊，風景優美拍照留念。但是價錢就真的有點貴

室內裝潢設計風格和用具等就很普通。還好還有電梯可以接受

Pros:

The location is wonderful, sitting at the balcony and enjoying the view on the lake and the chapel bridge was amazing!! Though I was worrying a lot when I knew we were assigned a first-floor room, just above the pub, yet the soundproof windows were perfect, and I couldn't hear any noise

Pros:

The view was fabulous! Despite the small footprint the room was comfortable and they did a good job using the available space. In my opinion the view was well worth the small room.

Pros:

The location was great everything was with in walking distance. The view out of the room was amazing.

Cons:

Bed moved all over the room couldn't cuddle because a gap would form between the 2 beds. Couldn't open windows because of the noise on the pedestrian street. Cleaning lady keept forgetting Cleaning supplies in room.
