tutto senza problemi, staff disponibile, camera pulita, WIFI buono, diversi ristoranti vicini, anche un lava vestiti, Taxi era qui in 3 minuti, notte tranquilla, camere ben isolate

Cons:

La porta del bagno si apre sempre (camera 3), la doccetta spruzza da ogni parte e il pavimento resta sempre bagnato, la serratura della porta della camera richiede una riparazione.

Not a safe place to stay

Adequate room and lovely staff

Cons:

NOT SAFE!! At 4-5am a CRAZY woman entered the building clearly drunk or in drugs. She was screaming in the hallways waking us up, she was violent and aggressive smashing pot plants and broke a fan. She was not a guest. When we woke up in the morning and went downstairs the place was a mess with broken things. Apparently it’s not the first time this has happened. If you have young children DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! She came through the reception door as there is no lock and literally anyone can enter the venue even if they’re not guests

Pros:

We booked it cause its close to the airport (still needed a taxi to go there). It was fine for 1 night, I wouldn't stay there longer.

Cons:

The room had a weird smell, the general area looked mouldy and not very welcoming. As mentioned its fine for 1 night max.

Great location, fantastic staff.
Pros:

Have stayed here many times, 1km from Cebu International Airport, 3 minute walk to laundry service, Sari store and great Italian restuarant.

Peaceful location, fantastic friendly helpful staff, breakfast on site, comfortable room.
Very well priced.

Clean, easy, convenient.
Pros:

I had read some average reviews but I actually thought this place was absolutely fine. We only stayed the one night and chose it primarily because it was close to the airport but I was very happy with the cleanliness and facilities given its in a city and for the price paid. There was someone on reception til late, it was quiet, away from main streets with shops/restaurants nearby. They even had a fridge(albeit it was not plugged in) and a microwave in the room. Wifi worked and cold water(free) and other refreshments, snacks available to purchase.
