Pros:

I really like how the hotel's location is very close to the airport. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. She let me check in at around 12PM since my room was already available. That was exceptional! The breakfast buffet was great! The free shuttlebus was on time. The shuttlebus dropped us off at the airport, and they allowed my niece to ride back to the hotel. Overall, the customer service was excellent. I don't mind staying there again!

Pros:

I like the staff they're helpful about my concerns but I'm not satisfied with the services

Cons:

I lost my organizer where I put all my pants , i think I misplaced and put it in the wardrobe cabinet. I message the Goldberry but they told me they couldn't find it and I asked them to look for it but they told me that it wasn't there that they will report it to the front desk. But I think they lied not really honest about their answer so I just leave it and just didn't reply to them. I am so disappointed really because I believe that I left my pants there. I won't book this hotel again. And the noise was so much
