Pros:

Really helpful and lovely staff. We had an awful bus journey to get to mendoza, including the bus breaking down, but the staff at Mawida stayed up waiting for us and even managed to find some enchiladas for us on arrival.

It's a really great place to relax and unwind.

Cons:

The evening meal can be a bit bland.

Dissapointing
Pros:

The view is beautiful, but the posada is located next to a factory.

Cons:

We stayed here four nights in the loft but upon arrival the room had not been cleaned after the previous guests. There were hairs everywhere, the floor was disgusting and there was an extremely bad smell coming from the bathroom, as the sewer is open in the bathroom. We addressed this to the staff and we were moved to another room which was way smaller where it also smelled. The next day the room was cleaned and we moved back to the loft. The bad smell from the bathroom continued but okay. The personnel is friendly, but very unprofessional as were not offered a compensation at first, had to ask for that ourselves. I must say we were really looking forward to our stay here and the posada is genuinely beautiful. But there are several improvements to be made. Offering guest a room that has not been cleaned is not okay. The food is also extremely basic. We were told that the hotel had a restaurant, but it turned out the the receptionist just warmed food up, for restaurant prices. Furthermore, at the breakfast fruit that is rotten is served. All of these are in our opinion easy fixes, so I really hope they will fix this, as again it is a beautiful hotel. But our experience was sadly enough tainted by all of this and the solutions they offered were not fitting and should have been solved on the first day, not the last after asking for it numerous times.

Incredible views and fantastic staff.
Pros:

The views are incredible and the reception staff were just brilliant! They couldn’t do enough for us.

Cons:

The accommodation in the Lofts is fantastic, but there are a few things, particularly in the bathrooms that could be renewed or refreshed.

Rilassante e ristoratore
Pros:

La dimensione dell'edificio centrale in mezzo al giardino è perfetta per i miei gusti, poche stanze e tanto spazio dentro e fuori. Intorno il portico con i tavoli per mangiare all'aperto, sotto pergolati verdi e rilassanti. Il grande giardino con piante molto alte, salici piangenti, eucalipti e pioppi e la presenza anche della piscina.
Tutto il personale senza eccezioni è stato sempre gentile, genuino e disponibile
