الإقامة في Pullman Zamzam كانت جداً مريحة والحمدلله، الفندق مرتب وموقعه ممتاز قريب من الحرم.

وأحب أخص بالشكر موظفة الاستقبال شهد، كانت قمة في الأخلاق والتعامل الراقي. ما قصّرت ويانا أبداً، رحّبت فينا وساعدتنا بكل شي وخلّت تجربة الدخول للفندق سهلة ومريحة. بصراحة تعاملها يعكس مستوى الفندق واهتمامهم بالضيوف.

كل الشكر لها، وإن شاء الله نزور الفندق مرة ثانيه
