When my check-in time they told me your booking not same in our system with Booking.com. They told me only available 4 bed city view, but exactly my booking is 2 bad KING room but they say in our system not same like Booking.com so there is I don’t have any choice so I take the 4 bad room, but I didn’t like this with this hotel

The location is prime! It’s right in front of the haram. Rooms are clean and very nice. Staff will provide any necessities that you might have forgotten.
I wish there was a microwave in the room. After completing umrah it’s nice to be able to come back and warm up some food and eat in the comfort of your room.

كان في الحجز إطلالة على الكعبة ولكن للأسف كان إطلالة جزئية والغرفة لم تكن نظيفه وعند الوصول موظف الاستقبال قال لي حجزك ملغي مع العلم الحجز كان مؤكد ومدفوع صراحة تجربة لن تتكرر
