comfortable and clean stay with a great location in Makkah.
Pros:

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Rate Al Ebaa Hotel. The location was great for visiting Makkah, the staff were very welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for couples. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it

Cons:

"The only issue was in the bathroom. When taking a shower, the water would come out to the outside area because there was no curtain or proper door to close it. Adding a shower curtain or a glass door would make it much better."

pas d'eau froide,fortes odeurs dans les couloir et Rideaux sales ,douche sans portières
Premiere chambre qu'on nous a donné dans un etat lamentable en plus du bruit de la climatisation car évidemment nous avions une belle vue sur la clim et les résidu de pigeons

للأسف لاتوجد قنوات اطفال في التلفزيون وأيضا اسعار مواقف السيارات خاصة ونحن مستأجرين في الفندق غاليه جدا 115 ريال يوميا

Hôtel bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

Hôtel excellent qualité/prix. Très bien situé pour le prix et propre.
En marchant normalement pour aller au haram et se mettre dans l extension (la 3ème) et en passant par l'hôtel anjum il faut compter 10 minutes tranquille...
Le personnel qui s'occupe du nettoyage de la chambre a été très serviable tout le long du séjour.
Le petit déjeuner propose ce qui est suffisant.

Cons:

Pas facile pour les enfants et personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer car il faut marcher le long de la route et c'est en pente.
L'isolation des fenêtres est malheureusement insuffisante ont entends beaucoup les klaxons.

Pros:

Location is not that far, in the walking distance and takes about 8-10 min to Masjidi Al-Haram.

Cons:

What I disliked most about the property was the attendance check during breakfast and dinner. Being asked to confirm my presence before each meal made me feel somewhat uncomfortable, as it gave the impression that guests might be expected to return for a second meal. A more discreet or guest-friendly approach would provide a more welcoming dining experience.

Fiyatına göre çok iyi konumda iyi hizmet.
Pros:

Odalar temiz. İhtiyacınız olan herşey var. Kabe kapılarına 1 km yürüme mesafesinde. Yaklaşık 15dk içerisinde yürüyerek kabe içerisine ulaşıyorsunuz. Çok hafif yol eğimi var. Çok yorulmadan gölgeden ulaşabiliyorsunuz.

Pros:

Otelin konumu ve ulaşımı kolaydı. Temizlik görevlileri çok kibar ve naziklerdi. Ayrıca temizlik her gün yapılıyordu. İlk defa bir otelde koridorlarında süpürüldüğünü gördüm.

Cons:

Otelde bir çamaşır makinesinin olmaması kötü oldu kirli elbiseleri yıkamak için başka bir bulmak zorunda kaldım. Kapı giriş kartlarının sık sık şifrelerin değişmesi beni zor durumda bıraktı.
