Pros:

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire restaurant staff. Due to a health condition, they went above and beyond by preparing special meals specifically for me. Every time I arrived for both breakfast and dinner, they thoughtfully brought these meals directly to my table.

The housekeeping team was equally wonderful; they were incredibly attentive and did an absolutely flawless job.

Konumundan dolayı tercih etmişdim. Kötü bir süprizle karşılaşmadım.

Konumu gayet ideal. Çalışanlar yeteri seviyede güler yüzlü ve iyi davrandılar. Asansör bekleme süresi kısa , fena değil

Tesisde tartı olmamasını yadırgadım açıkcası. Duş bölümünün küçük ve kapısız olmasını beğenmedim

Pros:

Third time I have stayed here and will definitely be booking Al Ebaa if I have the opportunity to come to Makkah. Very pleasant staff and good facility. Decently close to the mosque and very affordable

Pros:

The location and staff are great, especially Ridwan was very cordial.

Cons:

The washroom was a bit small and congested, compared to the room. Shower enclosure could have a glass door or a curtain to prevent the washroom floor from being flooded during showers!
