Pros:

when I arrived I hadn't found my room because they didn’t find my booking and had to wait until the next day to get one. and the room was not cleaned during my stay and the sheets and towels were also not changed. The good thing was restaurants and shops were near to it.

Clean hotel , near to AL HARM ,cooperative team,Rapid response to any request near to many restaurants, no need for bus , easy to reach the place, good room service, everythings was nice and all the staff were helpful, quite place but wifi not available in room

Great value for money and extremely welcoming staff
Pros:

This hotel was very accommodating for me allowing me an early check in and late check out. The room was perfect and the hotel is only a fifteen minute walk from the Haram. The staff at reception are extremely helpful and they also used to WhatsApp me everyday to ask if I need anything during my stay which was very nice of them.

Decent and value for money
Pros:

Hotel is nice, decent and good value for money. Friendly welcoming staff.

Approximately 10-12 minutes walk to Haram. One of the only few hotels opened nearby.

We had an issue with the shower and it was addressed straightaway - great service.

Only minor setback was the mattress was too hard, but again does the job.

Tea and coffee supplied. Room has a fridge in there and you can bring your own milk and water and put in fridge

Overall we had a great stay
