Onhandige ligging en weinig inzet
Pros:

Ligging en kamer was mooi. Thee plantage is leuk, voor een dag.

Cons:

Je zit eigenlijk op een amusementpark ivm theeplantage met daggasten en de theefabriek met arbeiders. Voor deze prijs was de service van het hotel slecht. Personeel sprak zo goed als geen engels, restaurant van t hotel was gesloten en tour naar Bromo kon niet meer geregeld worden, moest een week vantevoren. Ook betaalde je veel geld om naar Malang (15km) te gaan omdat er geen Grabs rijden. We hebben besloten ons bezoek hier af te breken en centraler te gaan zitten. Zonde van de mooie plek.

A good get-away from the city. So don't expect much happenings.
Pros:

Love the serene atmosphere especially at the dining hall set above tea plantation. Effort was made to maintain garden. Simple set up and away from city buzzling. Natural cooling air meant no need for aircon.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bed sheet had dirt stain. Pillow is too thick for good ergonomics.
Restaurant food quality is below expectation. Soto ayam soup was too salty; bbq beef was frozen in one chunk, making it difficult to cook on the hotplate.

Terrible cushions, way too tall for your head.
