Continuous problems with the heating system from day 1. Whenever I complained about the constant lack of it, they would suddenly turn it on for a while and then turn it off again all night until morning, when we were at 2-5 degrees in plain winter and considering the house is stone built. Plus, the totally torn and broken toilet I found after being absent to the room for hours. No face towels, just for shower. They did fix the toilet after 3 hours but I had to be the one to warn them about it. The cleaning staff clearly did not when it was them who somehow broke it and left it there without saying anything. The water in the sink also came out very poorly and it took long minutes to warm up. Also a huge black stain of deep humidity hidden behind the curtains, not even painted over or fixed. Decidedly not recommending the place for the price I paid.
