Amabilidad, comodidad (¡y limpieza!) en la mejor ubicación de Bayona
Pros:

Gran amabilidad y simpatía en el trato. Muy buena atención a los huéspedes, acomodando las peticiones (razonables). Ubicación inmejorable, en el paseo marítimo, enfrente del Parador.
Camas muy cómodas. Muy limpio. Muy buen servicio de habitaciones.

Cons:

El aislamiento acústico del paseo marítimo es mejorable.
A veces se ausenta el personal de recepción y hay que esperar un poco para recuperar la llave de la habitación (o buscar camareros en el restaurante con el que comparte entrada, quienes hacen de recepcionistas suplentes en esos momentos).
