Pros:

Budget hotel with trademark of swagman hotel with good location and near everything. Enjoyed the jacuzzi fitted in each room. Very supportive and very kind owner and staff.

Pros:

Great staff, nice pool and hot tub in room. Looks amazing. Someone always at door waiting for you. Never unattended.

Pros:

Easy to locate, quiet neighborhood and alot of nearby walkable restaurants. There are a number of cute animals in the property like cats, monkey & bunny.

Room was lovely. Jacuzzi in the corner was a bonus and used! The menagerie of animals was a joy.

Cons:

A bit out of the way. Trike drivers didn't always understand the unusual name. Didn't like the bored monkey in the small cage.

Good location, good complex, 7/10
Pros:

The entire facility was totally unexpectedly nice compared to the steers outside. Location is in Balibago where there's a lot of food options and a shopping mall to go around to. Food was great, portions not so much. There's a pool in the middle of the complex and you have your own jacuzzi in your room. Air conditioning was alright.

Cons:

The rooms had old sliding doors which required a key to lock and unlock the whole time. The bathroom was so-so, does it's purpose. The jacuzzi I had had a leak in it but not a big deal if you're not staying in it for long. There was no flat iron for your clothes.
