Cosy but...
Pros:

It was cosy, pretty clean and comfortable

Cons:

Pillows were tiny and flat and gross with stains (pillow cases were clean tho) there is a few families renting long term and the unit upstairs were dragging furniture every single night when I was there, sometimes past midnight. The unit next to me always had guys coming around and they'll talk loudly outside usually late at night which made me feel quite uncomfortable

Superb
Pros:

The price was very reasonable. The room clean and comfortable. And the staff was really nice even she couldn’t speak English well but wasn’t have any problems with translation. Thank you

Cons:

Just there are some mess on the street where is opposite of the property. But not really effected.

No for solo travelers
Cons:

Dirty, no organization, bad enviroment around, as a solo women traveler I didn't feel safe there. I paid in cash when I arrived, and when I checked the room, I left. This zone of Denpasar was not safe for a solo traveler.
